Noor — Terms of Service

1.The service

Noor is a Discord music bot. Features include music playback from supported sources, queues, playlists, favorites, lyrics, radio, filters, a music control panel, server tools (anti-link, auto-response, AFK, 24/7 mode), a profile and statistics, and optional paid Premium features.

We may add, change, limit, or remove any feature, source, command, or plan at any time, with or without notice.

2.Eligibility and accounts

• You must be old enough to use Discord (at least 13, or the minimum age in your country) and legally able to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms.
• To add the Bot to a server you must have the Manage Server permission. The person who adds the Bot, and that server's administrators, are responsible for how the Bot is used there.
• You are responsible for activity on your Discord account.

3.Acceptable use

You must not use the Bot to:

1. Break any law, Discord's Terms or Community Guidelines, or the rights of others.
2. Flood commands, spam the Bot, overload the audio nodes or APIs, stress-test, scrape, or try to bypass limits, cooldowns, or Premium checks.
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, exploit, attack, or probe the Bot, its infrastructure, audio nodes, databases, or payment flow.
4. Share, resell, trade, or farm Premium, vouchers, coins, or trials, or claim free trials with multiple accounts.
5. Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others, or distribute hateful, violent, or illegal content, or any sexual content involving minors.
6. Use auto-response, anti-link, or other tools to deceive, phish, impersonate, or spam members.
7. Use the Bot to redistribute, rip, record for resale, or publicly broadcast copyrighted audio in violation of the rights holder's terms.
8. Hide, misrepresent, or automate your use through self-bots, scripts, or alternate accounts to evade restrictions.

We decide in our sole discretion what counts as a violation.

4.Music content and copyright

Noor does not host, store, or own music. It finds and relays streams from third-party sources and plays them in your voice channel. Availability, quality, and legality of that content depend on the third parties.

• You are responsible for how you use the Bot and for having any permissions required for the content you play, especially in public, monetized, or commercial servers.
• Sources may change, break, or stop working without notice, and we are not responsible for missing or incorrect tracks, lyrics, or metadata.
• If you are a rights holder and believe content accessed through the Bot infringes your rights, contact support@rozhost.in with the details and we will review and act where appropriate, which may include removing a source or blocking a track.

5.Server administrators

Administrators who enable features such as anti-link, auto-response, AFK, or 24/7 mode are responsible for configuring them lawfully, for the rules they set, and for informing their members that the Bot reads messages and processes data as described in the Privacy Policy. Server owners can remove the Bot at any time.

6.Your content and data

• You keep ownership of what you create (for example playlist names and auto-response text). You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store and process it only to operate the Bot.
• You confirm you have the right to submit it and that it does not break these Terms or the law.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms.
• How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

7.Premium, trials and payments

8.Blacklisting, suspension and termination

We may blacklist users or servers, restrict features, remove Premium without refund, or remove the Bot from a server at any time, with or without notice, especially for violations of these Terms, abuse, security risks, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it. We may stop offering the Bot or any part of it at any time.

If you believe a restriction is a mistake, contact support@rozhost.in or the support server and we will review it.

9.Third-party services

The Bot works with Discord, Lavalink audio nodes, Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, lyrics providers, payment processors, and other third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or actions. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10.Availability and changes

The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available.” It depends on Discord, hosting, audio nodes, and third-party sources, so downtime, lag, data loss, and missing features can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any particular feature or data will always be available. We may perform maintenance, move infrastructure, or reset data when necessary.

11.Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not guarantee that the Bot will meet your needs, that content is lawful or accurate, or that the Bot is free from bugs or security flaws.

12.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We, our hosting providers, and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost servers or communities, or interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Bot, third-party content, or third-party outages.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the Bot or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 3 months before the claim, or ₹0 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13.Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Bot, content you submit, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version in the support server or on our website and change the effective date. If a change is material, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you. Using the Bot after the effective date means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Bot.

15.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@rozhost.in and try to resolve the issue informally first.

16.General

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Bot.
• Severability. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• No waiver. Not enforcing a right is not giving it up.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, including if the Bot is transferred to another operator.
• Survival. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including 4, 6, 11, 12, 13, and 15, will do so.
• Language. If these Terms are translated, the English version controls.
